Northamptonshire Pond Restores Into Swim Pond

Working with our friends Midlands Pond Services and BD Westby Groundworks, we were bought in to rescue this overgrowing pond.

A week-long restoration project saw this 25 x 15m x 1m pond drained, dredged, new under-ground drainage installed with 40m pipe to the stream, relining of the pond, re-filling from saved and harvested water, aquatic planting, jetty, filtration plant, lake skimmer, dancing illuminated fountain and smartphone control.

The site was made good by our groundworkers and we re-seeded the site. A lovely review was left for us on Google and we look forward to return future visits for servicing and to see how the pond matures.

Our return visit had seen an evolution of the pond! The client loved it so much, MPS were requested to make the necessary adjustments to covert it into a swimming pond! Just off the eye-line of the drive in, but visible from the house, the fountain adds interest during dark evenings when illuminated.
